By using DispatchX (the "Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Bot. DispatchX is provided by the development team (the "Developer") and is designed to enhance roleplay experiences for Emergency Response: Liberty County (ERLC) Discord communities.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DispatchX in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Server administrators retain full authority over DispatchX settings within their server. Administrators may:
Server owners are responsible for implementing and enforcing rules governing Bot use within their community. The Developer is not responsible for the actions of server members or content generated through Bot usage.
Administrators acknowledge that dispatch data, logs, and configurations stored by the Bot are the property of the server. Administrators are responsible for managing this data appropriately.
DispatchX and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to code, design, and graphics) are owned by the Developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create using DispatchX. By using the Bot, you grant the Developer a limited license to store and process your content for Bot functionality purposes only.
DispatchX, the DispatchX logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Developer. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.
DISPATCHX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
The Developer makes no warranty that:
You use the Bot at your own risk and discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

DispatchX operates through Discord's platform and API. Your use is subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Developer is not responsible for Discord's actions or policies.
The website and Bot may contain links to third-party services. The Developer is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external websites.
You are responsible for complying with all third-party services' terms and policies, including but not limited to Discord, Roblox, and ERLC.
DispatchX is provided as a free service. However, premium features may become available in the future.
If premium features become available, purchases are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled. Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions.
The Developer reserves the right to change pricing for premium features with notice.
If you have a dispute with the Developer, please contact us first to attempt resolution informally through our support channels.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be severed, and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding your use of DispatchX and supersede all prior agreements.
The Developer's failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Sections that should logically survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall survive termination of these Terms.
Your relationship with the Developer is that of independent user. You are not an employee, agent, or affiliate of the Developer.
